Privacy notice

Draft notice for review. The operator, contact details, retention periods and service-provider disclosures must be confirmed before the updated Terms are adopted.

Your community identity

Your name and profile picture appear according to their existing audience settings. The proposed community directories will show follows, memberships and role badges only to eligible signed-in users, and only after you accept the updated Terms. Protected groups and account restrictions still apply. A self-described home church does not verify membership.

Your private information

Contact details, birth year, private preferences and notes, Favorites, pending applications, moderation records and direct messages are not included in community directories. Direct messages are available to participants; a participant can submit selected messages as report evidence.

External calendars

If you include personal notes or private events in a calendar subscription, your calendar provider and anyone with its secret link can receive them. You can rotate or disable the link, but providers may retain downloaded copies.

Requests and support

Use JCMeet’s support and concern route for questions or account/data requests. Existing users can review My Agreements and sign out without accepting a new version.
